In 2016 La Fuga will be hosting regular group rides online on Zwift. Designed to work with most home-trainer set ups, the Zwift software gets you online riding with friends and others from around the world, even including some pros such as Laurens ten Dam. Essentially this is a really great way to fit efficient, high-quality training miles in before and after work whilst avoiding bad weather.
