In France, Ross Muir and Anton Blackie hold down the La Fuga fort to bring you the most relaxing and inspiring cycling trips across roads teeming with history. At the same time, over in Italy, Ian Holt and Cameron Fraser will show you the Italian cycling lifestyle.

With all this hard work, you’d have thought there is no time for the staff to enjoy themselves. Decidedly unfounded, so Cameron takes it one step further and is a social-media addict – friends in high places y’know.
