Friday 27 September – ARRIVAL DAY
We will run a transfers from Venice Marco Polo Airport. We will then take you to our base in Asolo- transfer time is around 1 hour.
Saturday 28 September – DAY 1
Your bike will be unpacked and ready to go. We will enjoy a gentle ride along the back roads around Treviso. The aim is to spin the legs and loosen things up for the challenge tomorrow. Lunch will be had at a café en route.
The rest of the afternoon will be free to relax, enjoy the hotel, and make final preparations for tomorrow. Your bike will receive a final check over from our mechanic and your race number fitted.
Sunday 29 September – DAY 2
The Big Day! The hotel will serve a breakfast suitable for the day’s activities. We will then take the short drive to the race start and arrive with enough time to grab a pre-race espresso or two. Your guide will be on hand to pass on some last minute tactics and escort you to the starting pen.
After conquering the challenge, we’ll meet you at the finish with some cold glasses of Prosecco and congratulations all round. Then we’ll hit the pasta party for some serious refuelling and check the results board. A refreshing shower and perhaps a power (or Prosecco induced) nap await you back at the hotel.
We will enjoy some fine food and drinks in the evening and toast the achievements of the day.
Monday 30 September – DEPARTURE DAY
A day to relax and enjoy your last few hours in the Italy countryside. Your bike will be packed up ready for your flight home. Our minibus will take you back to the airport.

The Asolo Hotel dates back to 1717 and has been completely renovated. The elegant guest rooms feature floors with a heating and cooling system.
It’s located very close to the start and the finish of the race.
