Monuments

The five oldest and most prestigious professional bike races are collectively known as the monuments of cycling. These races date back to the early 1900's, with the oldest two classics even earlier than this.

The 'Monuments' are:

Milan-San-Remo: 15-18 March, started in 1907
Tour of Flanders: 29-31 March, started in 1913
Paris-Roubaix: 5-7 April, started 1896
Liege-Bastogne-Liege: 19-21 April, started in 1892 and the oldest classic
Tour of Lombardy: 4-7 October, started in 1905

La Fuga have been running trips to the Tour of Flanders, Paris-Roubaix and the Tour of Lombardy for several years and we have always wanted to add the two missing momuments to our schedule. For 2013, we have put together a full package, allowing La Fuga guests to ride and watch all of the five monuments of professional cycling.
